  • Consistently maintaining daily sales and purchase reports for an inventory of 5000 products. I ensure that sales prices are updated to match change in costs of our products, aligning with market demand and supply. My day-to-day vigilance of this has aided our company to increase annual revenue by 1.25%
  • Analyzing sales and assuring quality of the business' brand of rice. The line consists of 6 different rice products that the company has brought to the market. I am the marketing lead for this endeavor by designing the product catalogue to advertise the rice, organizing samples to find potential customers, and putting up store displays for the products. I also go through the rices' daily sale to identify consumer patterns and behavior; through constant checking of which and proceeding it with outreach to customers and our salesmen, I was able to find that one of the rice was of subpar quality. After speaking to the supplier and changing the product, the company was able to save $74,500
  • Selected the company's new Enterprise Resource Planning software, Polosys ERP, and trained all office employees plus sales clerks comprising of 25 staff members. The software is used to make sales invoices, enter purchases, extensively used by the HR and accounting departments, and to maintain the company's overall stock between the stores and its warehouses
  • Managed the company's three warehouses leading a team of 25 employees for 7 months. I managed our daily inventory flow, with great attention to regular stock transfers to and from our stores. I also spearheaded our annual inventory checks which amount to a total stock value of $10 million, for 2023 and 2024 which is a requirement by the Saudi government to audit costs of operation and the company's total VAT amount for the year
  • Anchored the accounts department where I reviewed daily business expenses, cash and bank payments and transfers, and managed the employee payroll for two months. I would also run the company's ledgers against customer and supplier statements, to ensure the balance is correct
  • Oversaw the human resource department, where I made profiles and uploaded job contracts for all 165 employees on the new HR website that the Saudi government launched (sso.qiwa.sa), maintained employee statements by updating them when they would receive their salaries or ask for advances on their pay

  • Organized and helped with internal events such as school field trips of the mill and company occasions including the Employee Appreciation Day, employee birthdays and retirement parties
  • Created a Divisional Sharepoint page for the use of HR managers in the Pulp and Paper Industry with a 100% approval. The design is now being used as the standard for company HR pages for all JDI paper mills in New Brunswick
  • Conducted Visual Standards Checks for all office areas according to the 5S standard, helping the company achieve their safety standard goals
  • Appointed as interim Human Resource Business Partner for two weeks. I received additional responsibilities of a senior role where I dealt more directly with mill workers, helping them out with Vacation Cash-out forms, reimbursements, and changes to their ERSP contributions.
