2- Technical and Financial evaluation of the activities of the projects according to the Egyptian, the AASHTO and the Authority Standards of 11 Road Projects which are:

  • Establishment and paving a road with length of 7 km before El-Toaur intersections
  • Maintenance of the El-Toaur intersections / St

3- Prepared Traffic and alternative routes studies of 2 roads For the Egyptian Tourism Development Authority which are:

  • Reroutes study through El-Qusier / Marsa Alam from Shawnee to Maureen
  • Study the establishment of an alternative route of the road Ain Sukhna / Zafarana

4- Efficiently supervised 2 Road Projects which are:

  • Routine maintenance of Ring Road around Greater Cairo (east Ring Road)
  • Routine maintenance of Ring road around Greater Cairo (west Ring Road)

5- Actively participated in the development of the Egyptian road network and future plans

6- Follow-up Projects under construction (49 Road Projects) which implemented under the Authority and submit of the invoices

7- Participated in the committees responsible to open the Technical and Financial bids submitted by contractors

8- Participated in the committees responsible to make the visual inspection and determination of the pavement distresses and maintenance

9- Run the International Roughness Index (IRI) equipment, Calibration and data processing

10- Participated in the preparation of Tender documents, the conditions and technical specifications documents for the implementation of the activities
