• Attend daily meetings to discuss and coordinate schedules, timing, critical and lower priority work, identifying manpower and equipment requirements.
• Reduce backlog work orders from 32 weeks to 6 weeks within one year ( Oct. 2017 - Dec. 2018 ).
• Coordinating between production/maintenance team to prepar the schedules to minimize impact of plant outages to carry out preventative maintenance programs or others.
• Developing and improving CMMS system, acting as super user and using this to produce reports.
  

• I shared with qualified team to review standards, procedures, forms, and isolations points of Permit To Work.
• I lead Mech. Execution team in treatment area 11 employees to Maintain assets as following :

18 Pumps

3 Air compressor units

6 bag filtes

• Execute Preventive and Corrective work order Schedules.
• fast response to repair breakdown and emergency work order.
• Evaluate Mechanical Work order priority .
• follow up and review Inventory of spare parts.

• Follow up and schedule work orders in 3 groups in Mechanical workshop , fabrication & welding , machining shop , vehicle workshop 21 employees .
• Ensure Compliance with Safety Practice.
• Maintain Inventory of spare parts.

• Execute all PMs & work order which raised from productions , Maintenance , order spare parts from warehouse one day before fixing in the equipment.
• I supervised so many critical works in desalination plant like (repairs economizer tube leak, all repairs in main air heater, repairs in main fuel oil tank, repairs in heating oil lines system ).
• Inspected completed work for purpose of ensuring quality of work
