Provide Senior interface between project ownership and delivery acting as single focal point of contact between business unit and all of design consultants, contractors, supervision consultants, and related stakeholders across multiple project packages, to ensure desired projects’ objectives are delivered.

Design Management

  • Establish a platform for good communication and collaboration between relevant project parties and thereby an effective flow of design and production information.
  • De-risk design problems by finding solutions before materializing.
  • Contribute to design planning and coordination in a way that adds value to processes.
  • Supports pre-contract and business development efforts as required, serving as a technical consultant.

  • Effective daily management of the ‘Design Team’ (External & Internal) to ensure the provision of the required level of services in a pro-active and professional manner.
  • Establish and enforce quality and standards of design documentation.
  • Ensure the Program planning is achieved in the most efficient and appropriate manner.
  • Monitor and report at design milestones the project costs related to the design.
  • Lead regular Value Engineering principles within the design process.

Construction Management

  • Leading Scheduling, Pre-Construction, Project Coordination, Project Execution, Project Controls, Risk Management, Change Management, Change Negotiation, and Claims Management efforts for the assigned projects. In short responsible to lead a complete Overall Project Management approach while maintaining a remarkable passion for Delivery, Professional Commitments, and Accountability.
  • Leading the delivery of assigned projects safeguarding appropriate balance between Strategy and Execution throughout the use of Project Management tools while looking after (not limited to) Strategic Planning.

  • Budget & Project Control Accountability - Responsible to Oversee and monitor the financial performance of the assigned projects versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues identifying areas of unsatisfactory performance and potential areas of cost reduction.
  • Pre-construction/Constructability Review Analysis Accountability. Responsible to lead and guide the different project Stakeholders throughout the Pre-Construction/Constructability Review Process making sure that Project needs as well as Design deficiencies get identified to be able to develop a comprehensive Project Delivery Strategy.
  • Drawing Distribution and Updates - Responsible for Lead and guide Project management team efforts to ensure that all information on drawings is conveyed to teams correctly to promote understanding and to avoid complications in the completion of the project.
  • Reporting Accountability - Responsible to ensure that all project-related reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Operations Management

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.

• Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

• Directly oversee operations, HR, procurement, and accounting, and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term.

• Monitor performance and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.

The Office had characterized excellent experience in project analysis and architectural design that began since the founding of the Office in 2007, this experience has expanded to include many areas of design, construction management, and consultancy of many different projects. The Office had an active role in cooperation with specialized agencies to do necessary studies for projects of outstanding quality. The relative experience has extended to include project planning and programming emphasizing / ensuring qualitative delivery.
