Provide Senior interface between project ownership and delivery acting as single focal point of contact between business unit and all of design consultants, contractors, supervision consultants, and related stakeholders across multiple project packages, to ensure desired projects’ objectives are delivered.

Design Management

• Establish a platform for good communication and collaboration between relevant project parties and thereby an effective flow of design and production information.
• De-risk design problems by finding solutions before materializing.
• Contribute to design planning and coordination in a way that adds value to processes.
• Supports pre-contract and business development efforts as required, serving as a technical consultant.
• Prepare, manage and secure all-party ownership of an integrated design program.
• To manage external design consultants on behalf of Building Owner.
• Ensure design activities meet all requirements of Design Brief including time cost and quality parameters.
• Assist Business Owners in drafting and developing Design Brief requirements.
• Participate in Consultant evaluation, selection, and appointment process.
• Undertake Design Reviews (validation and verification) at key project milestones. Provide a formal report against the Design Brief requirements.
• Schedule all design activities, and specifically key milestones, with a clear allocation of responsibilities. Ensure schedule is maintained and achieved.
• Effective daily management of the ‘Design Team’ (External & Internal) to ensure the provision of the required level of services in a pro-active and professional manner.
• Establish and enforce quality and standards of design documentation.
• Ensure the Program planning is achieved in the most efficient and appropriate manner.
• Monitor and report at design milestones the project costs related to the design.
• Lead regular Value Engineering principles within the design process.
• Guide the design team to optimize health and safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability principles within the design as appropriate.

Construction Management

• Leading Scheduling, Pre-Construction, Project Coordination, Project Execution, Project Controls, Risk Management, Change Management, Change Negotiation, and Claims Management efforts for the assigned projects. In short responsible to lead a complete Overall Project Management approach while maintaining a remarkable passion for Delivery, Professional Commitments, and Accountability.
• Leading the delivery of assigned projects safeguarding appropriate balance between Strategy and Execution throughout the use of Project Management tools while looking after (not limited to) Strategic Planning.
• Maintaining a strict/enthusiastic proactive approach towards Cost Analysis, Cost Control, and forecasting Cost-to-Complete while successfully interacting with Internal & External Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, and Government Authorities.
• Responsible to Lead and guarantee the appropriate compliance with Best Industry Practices as well as International Standards during the different execution stages of the project including (Not limited to) Construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up, and Hand Over.
• Responsible to provide leadership & management for the overall project execution team while supervising and managing multiple contractors and consultants making sure all project issues get addressed in due course.
• Responsible to lead the Technical review, assessment, and delivery of appropriate recommendations on Tender Packages, Contracts, Proposals, Changes/Variations, Risk Assessment, and Claims.
• Responsible to lead the review, assessment, and Finalization/Approval process of payment certificates.
• Budget & Project Control Accountability - Responsible to Oversee and monitor the financial performance of the assigned projects versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues identifying areas of unsatisfactory performance and potential areas of cost reduction.
• Pre-construction/Constructability Review Analysis Accountability. Responsible to lead and guide the different project Stakeholders throughout the Pre-Construction/Constructability Review Process making sure that Project needs as well as Design deficiencies get identified to be able to develop a comprehensive Project Delivery Strategy.
• Drawing Distribution and Updates - Responsible for Lead and guide Project management team efforts to ensure that all information on drawings is conveyed to teams correctly to promote understanding and to avoid complications in the completion of the project.
• Reporting Accountability - Responsible to ensure that all project-related reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
• Safety, Quality & Environmental Control Accountability - Responsible to ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department team, projects team, consultants, contractors, and other external vendors.

Operations Management

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.

• Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

• Directly oversee operations, HR, procurement, and accounting, and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term.

• Monitor performance and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.

• Provide expertise and overall direction to operations, project development, and execution in order to ensure alignment of project parameters and standards with industry best practices and legislative requirements.

• Lead master planning efforts for the organization’s Leisure and Retail strategies by guiding and overseeing activities of third-party specialist consultants.

• Direct the development of detailed project design, execution plans & budgets.

• Oversee all procurement activities to ensure appropriate selection of qualified service providers at the optimal price and required quality in line with Company standards and legislative requirements.

• Direct and advise on the contracting process to ensure timely and efficient outsourced services in order to achieve project requirements.

• Address project deviations from plans and escalate whenever required as per the defined delegation of authority.

• Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

The office provided multi-faceted Turnkey Project Design and Implementation services all across Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and Corporate projects. Whether it is a new Architecture, Interior or a renovation of an existing structure, the objective was to reflect the Client’s preferences and character.

The Office had characterized excellent experience in project analysis and architectural design that began since the founding of the Office in 2007, this experience has expanded to include many areas of design, construction management, and consultancy of many different projects. The Office had an active role in cooperation with specialized agencies to do necessary studies for projects of outstanding quality. The relative experience has extended to include project planning and programming emphasizing / ensuring qualitative delivery. The office’s experience extended in various aspects of the design-build and design bid in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.

• Negotiate for resources and allocate tasks across team, control timelines and budgets, anticipate issues, & work towards a solution.
• Monitor administrative work related to the divisions (120 employees) continuously setting adequate incentive schemes to boost up their efficiency.
