In this shutdown I worked as an lead technician for tube inspection and I have performed ECT, REFT&MFL in this shutdown nearly 10-15 Exchangers was inspected and final report was done by me Team Member : 12

SHIPCHEM SHUTDOWN Apr 2024 -May 2024

The project was Handed over to us by Shipchem and this project consisted of inspection for 3 units This project included various Ndt activities such as visual inspection, conventional Ndt, Radiography, and Tube Inspection I was a part of the Tube Inspection Team which consisted of Two shift day and night and I was the one who lead the night shift team for inspecting the exchanger Team Members : 20

SAFCO (ALBROYN) SHUTDOWN Jun, 2024 - Jul, 2024

These were two different units Ammonia and Utility in nearly 50 Exchangers was offered to our company I have assisted in this project to my fellow colleague The learning path in this project was how to coordinate team and to work more effectively As per our client requirements ECT,REFT& MFL this technique was held and we found some leaks in some Exchangers without any flaws we successfully completed that shutdown within the given time period Team Members : 14

There was an job in YaseerF, As per our client requirement MFL Tube inspection need to be done for two Exchangers I was an Lead technician to perform MFL in that Exchangers The given time period was only four days 50 percentage of exchanger need to be inspected overall tube account for each Exchanger was 2150 we did that job efficiently and we completed successfully and some wall lose was dected by our team Team Members : 4

A job was offered to us need to inspect tube replaced in the exchanger it wasn’t used for two year after the replace of tube in the exchanger it was yard for the long time so they planned to install that bundle so for the client clarification they ask us to perform inspection in that, I performed MFL in that exchanger it was only three days job Team Members :4
