  • I worked in various positions depending on the life of the project, so I was initially working as an architectural designer, then as an assistant project manager and AOR as well as project architect.   • Seder is construction company. Our project was a hospital across 21 floors. As an architect, initially I was reviewing the code and making sure we were complying. I also developed drawings and details. Then I cooperated with the vendors to make sure we had the right level of detail for the shop drawings. In addition, as the site engineer, I had to write weekly reports to the Employer. Coordinate and communicate with our stockholder authorities regarding licensing.

  • I stripped out a 1200sqm single storey concrete framed building. Then I was responsible providing the alternative layout which was a military office. The project was challenging because it was with the Ministry of Defence, so we had limited time. Initially I sourced the labour to affect the demolition then acted as a site architect to produce the As-Built plans performing all the necessary site surveys. Then I started to design the required layout. Later, I had to submit samples for all used materials. I was also responsible for shop drawings and 3D visuals. At the construction stage I was project managing overseeing the project to completion

  • In Aramco I had great experience working with the Ajyal project which was more than 11,000 houses, 30 schools and 2 hospitals. My role as a site engineer was to follow up and to write progress reports highlighting risks. I was the lead engineer on-site with 24 engineers inspecting the houses. In the last stage I was part of the handover team signing the agreements with the owners. I was responsible for the maintenance of 2,400 houses managing the contractor’s scope of work.

Leading more than 3 consulting along with programme and deliverables of this project. The project consists of more than 11 buildings belonging to a luxury hotel. Design from CD stage up to IFC. In this project we must consider not only technical items, we had an operator team.
