Advised Saudi Arabia Ministry of National guard; being a subject matter expert on producing qualified Soldiers on maintaining UH-60 Helicopters, I closely monitored the Saudi Arabian National Guard education program of 15T's and advised on how to use different teaching methods to better train Soldiers. Ensured the setup, test and acceptance of UH-60, AH-64, and AH6-I Simulators for the National guard.

Provided technical and doctrinal advice to the S3 and commander; responsible for the supervision of 6 NCOs. Assisted and supervised the Plans NCOs in the MDMP; prepares the TOC for orders, drills, briefs, and rehearsals; receives and appropriately handles and distributes FRAGOs, Red Cross messages and Serious Incident Reports (SIRs); supervises and ensures the commanders update briefing (BUB) is rehearsed and allocates time to brief the commander(s) and staff
Served as an Instructor/Writer; provides technical training for over 4 classes of Initial Entry Training (IET), international, and reclassification Soldiers annually; develops, maintains, and updates course material; conducts remedial training, examinations, and evaluations of Soldiers for the purpose of awarding the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 15T; ensures accountability and positive control of test materials to protect the integrity of examinations; maintains accountability of computers and related equipment valued in excess of $5,000.
Performed inspection and acceptance for the Government ensuring performance/delivery is in accordance with Contract/ Order requirements. Accurately performed analysis to identify deficient areas to assist in reducing out of control or undesirable performance levels in said contracts. Served as the technical advisor for evaluating proposed quality management systems.
