o Review contractual document like Schedule Q, Design Basic Scope of Work, Project Quality Records.
o Review Contractor procedures for special process.
o Witnessing the welding activity as per the requirement (WPS, Welder Qualification) and the Approved Drawings.
o Witnessing Pressure testing that it is complying with the company requirement and standard.
o Final walkthrough of the system prior to start-up.
o Coating, Insulation/Cladding activity.
o Vessel/Tank Box-Up. o Final Pump Alignment.
o Chemical Cleaning of the system prior to start up.
o Bolt torquing of the flange joint.
o Witness PWHT for the lines (example: caustic line etc.) as mention in the standard and also as per ASME > 19mm required PWHT.
