o Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

o Coordinates with the requester sections for the proper technical specifications of materials designation.

o Controls the collection, storage and disposal of salvaged and scrapped materials and suggests re-use and disposal of all such materials.

o Review high & low level report to issue PR.

o Review all database of storing system including (Description, Unit, & codification system).

o Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.

o Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.

o Reviews and monitors store codes.

o Coordinates with the requester sections for the proper technical specifications of materials designation.

o Controls the collection, storage and disposal of salvaged and scrapped materials and suggests re-use and disposal of all such materials.

o Identifies obsolete stock items and suggests for their proper disposal. o Coordinates with the user departments in the matters of material receipts and issues.

o Informs Planning Section to prepare purchase requisitions for Stores items falling under Reordering.

o Conducts physical inventory for all warehouse items.

o designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.

o carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.

o diagnosing breakdown problems.

o fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.

o carrying out quality inspections on jobs.

o liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.

o arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components. o controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.

o monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

o dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.

o improving health and safety policies and procedures.

o working with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines. o writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.

o ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

o Review contractual document like Schedule Q, Design Basic Scope of Work, Project Quality Records.

o Review Contractor procedures for special process.

o Witnessing the welding activity as per the requirement (WPS, Welder Qualification) and the Approved Drawings.

o Witnessing Pressure testing that it is complying with the company requirement and standard.

o Final walkthrough of the system prior to start-up.

o Coating, Insulation/Cladding activity.

o Vessel/Tank Box-Up. o Final Pump Alignment.

o Chemical Cleaning of the system prior to start up.

o Bolt torquing of the flange joint.

o Witness PWHT for the lines (example: caustic line etc.) as mention in the standard and also as per ASME > 19mm required PWHT.
