• Perform document review and inspection related to Materials, Piping, Structural and welding in Offshore Topsides & Jacket, GOSPS and Pipelines
• Prepare the quality deliverables as required by schedule Q and submit to Client
• Responsible for relevant QA and QC training for all site personnel, as well as ensuring that all personnel understand and effectively carry out their QA and QC responsibilities in accordance with the quality plan and procedures
• Monitor subcontractor inspectors and provide guidance related to all daily quality activities
• Review Sub Contractor Quality Procedures, ITP, WPS, JCC and submit to Company for approval
• Verify all equipment and Measuring devices calibration Log and ensure all the devices are within the calibration validity
• Review of Daily and weekly reports (NCR Summary, Material Receiving Report
• Summary, Welder repair report, NDT coverage report, Two week look Ahead etc.) as per Project requirements /Aramco Standards
• Inspect all the daily activities that includes Material receiving, Fit up & Welding
• NDT, Weld repair etc
• Identify non-conformance at site and NCR/surveillance report issuing to
• Subcontractors
• Verify the sub-contractor daily reports of structural, Piping and welding and submitted to client
• Ensure the Drawings using for fabrication are Issued for construction and Latest
• Revision
• Ensure WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) are approved by company and all the essential, supplementary are within ranges allowed & non-essential, editorial
• Changes are addressed properly by the revision
• Witness Qualification of Procedure qualification test and Welder qualification test
• Review of material certificates/batch certificates/Consumable MTC to check compliance with project specifications, expiry dates and meeting the required mechanical/physical/chemical composition values
• Verify that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved, calibrated, as per the standard and Project specification
• Coordinating with client Inspector (PID) and Subcontractor Inspectors for resolving issues related to Piping, Structural, welding & NDE
• Fully acquainted in Saudi Aramco Codes and Standards related to Piping
• Structural & welding, such as Saudi Aramco Engineering Specification (SAES), SA
• Engineering Procedure (SAEP), SA Typical Inspection Plan (SATIP), SA Inspection
• Checklist (SAIC), SA Test Reports (SATR)
• Ensure Implementation of Quality Control Plans & Procedures
• Ensure that the welding is compliance with the technical/Contract specification
• Standards
• Ensure the proper implementation of Project Procedures and ITP
• Prepare all required documents for Pre paint release and Hydro Test
• Reviewing the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Record (QR) in accordance with project specific requirements and Client Job Specifications
• Inspection of all welding activities prior, during and after, which include material check, qualifications, welding equipment
• Maintain Welder continuity record and tracking files as per Project requirements /Aramco Standards
• Prepare the Punch list & Check list and clearing the punch list prior to hydro test and Pre commissioning
• Monitor/Witness Hydro test, Vacuum Box test, Pneumatic test and prepare the inspection Report
• Perform Programming, Operation and maintenance of CNC machine in Auto insertion Department
