Role & Responsibilities:

Working as a Senior Estimation Engineer in a Saudi-based company, I lead the complete estimation cycle for mechanical maintenance, turnaround, and revamp projects in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry. My role involves receiving RFQs from major clients like SABIC, Saudi Aramco, SIPCHEM, Petrochemia, and HADEED, conducting detailed site visits, preparing activity-wise cost breakdowns, and finalizing competitive bid submissions. I specialize in static and piping works including Heat Exchangers, Columns, Pressure Vessels, Filters, Tanks, Furnaces, and Reformers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency across all phases.

Role & Responsibilities:

Worked with a Saudi-based company as a Senior Planning Engineer, handling scheduling and progress tracking for turnaround and maintenance projects involving static equipment such as Reformers, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Vessels, Valves, Columns, and Furnaces. Utilized Primavera P6 to align execution with shutdown milestones, coordinated with operations, inspection, and procurement teams, and supported timely delivery for clients including TASNEE, SIPCHEM, and SADARA.

Role & Responsibilities:

Worked with an Oman-based company as a Senior Planning Engineer, responsible for scheduling and progress tracking of turnaround and maintenance projects involving static equipment such as Reformers, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Vessels, Valves, Columns, and Furnaces. Utilized Primavera P6 to manage project timelines, align execution with shutdown milestones, and coordinate with operations, inspection, and procurement teams. Provided planning support for key client OQ Petrochemicals, ensuring timely and safe project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:

Worked with an India-based company for approximately 5 years, handling planning, scheduling, billing, estimation, and bidding for turnaround and maintenance projects across major refineries including BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, Bhatinda Refinery, CPCL, and Reliance. Successfully executed over 15–20 mega shutdowns and delivered 20–25 competitive bids, covering static equipment such as Reformers, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Vessels, Valves, Columns, and Furnaces. Ensured timely execution through Primavera-based scheduling, cost control, and client coordination.

Role & Responsibilities:

Worked with an India-based company on turnaround and maintenance projects across major refineries including BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, Bhatinda Refinery, CPCL, Reliance, Essar, MRPL, and Nayara Energy. Scope included static equipment such as Reformers, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Vessels, Valves, Columns, and Furnaces. Responsibilities covered job scoping, site execution planning, resource coordination, and daily progress monitoring, ensuring safe and timely completion aligned with refinery protocols.

Role & Responsibilities:

Worked on a specialized project at Mumbai International Airport, handling fabrication and erection of firefighting pipeline networks. Responsibilities included site execution planning, material coordination, isometric review, spool fabrication, erection, hydrotesting, and ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and airport safety protocols. Coordinated with consultants and contractors to deliver the project within schedule and quality benchmarks.

Role & Responsibilities:

Worked with Seonghwa on the 1200 MW DGEN Green Power Project at Dahej, handling comprehensive document control and records management for engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Responsibilities included receiving, logging, distributing, and archiving technical documents, ensuring version control, and maintaining compliance with project documentation standards.
