  • Managed the wayfinding program and the wayfinding installation teams for FIFA 2022 .   • Assisted with the FA (Functional Area) Signage program. Responsibilities included translating of all signs from Arabic to English and vice versa; editing all print material for grammar and spelling errors resulting in error-free signs. Also was responsible for interviewing, hiring, and managing a team of translators to help with this operation.
  • Also was the Sustainability Program Manager for FIFA. Managed to find local and international partners to help us with a zero carbon sustainability approach. Managed to recycle a little over 11000 kgs of bubble board and coroplast and 54000 kgs of textile.

  • Oversaw new business development to generate sales leads. Researched all major events happening in Qatar for the year 2022. Identified event organizers, sponsors and participants and made a solid effort to reach out to them and establish some dialogue.
  • Secured new business for Impact Events Qatar through cold calling and offering a comprehensive event business plan for new potential clients. The event plan presented would be an A to Z plan including: costing sheets, creative design, production plan and costs, production and installation dates. Bump-in and bump-out plan.
  • The new business acquired added extra revenue to Impact Events Qatar of an estimated QR 2.5 million in the first two quarters of the year. Projects included FIFA World Cup Final Draw; Milipol for Nissan; DIMDEX for KMW; and SC Official World Cup Poster Launch Event.
  • Responsibilities as an Account Manager included receiving the first enquiry from the client; receiving the creative brief and going over it with the production team; creating a detailed list of materials needed and their costs; calculating production costs and profits and using that data to develop a production plan with its costs and presenting that to the client. Finally Overseeing production from the beginning to the day of delivery.
