All kinds of Electromechanical work i.e. Air-Conditioning, Plumbing, Firefighting and Drainage works.

▪ To verify and ensure that work is in line with approved drawings and method statements meeting the stringent requirements of consultants and project specification.

▪ Preparing the material submittals for HVAC/Pluming and firefighting materials per specification and requirement and submit for consultant/client approval.

▪ Undertook the duties of Mechanical Engineer. Supervising the installations and preparing workshop drawings, material submission of various MEP services.

▪ Monitoring and documenting the construction progress. Keeping accurate daily logs, participating in the progress weekly meetings of the construction.

▪ Submission ofthe daily, weekly and the monthly progress report and preparation of the project time schedule.

▪ Guiding the AutoCAD operator for preparation of shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting works.

▪ Attend regular meetings with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Client and Consultants for progress review.

▪ Responsible for preparation of Request for Information (RFI) by referring contract drawings and specification vice versa for amendment. ▪ Prepare purchased requisition as per the requirement, and also follow-up the material being ordered and its timely delivery on site.

▪ Coordinate with Consultant Representative for inspection of work progress.

▪ Supervise/Continuously monitor and coordinate with the subcontractor and site foreman for the proper implementation of the work & standards in a best and economical way.

Reviewing HVAC drawings and verify it with Architectural, Electrical and civil drawings.

▪ Follow up the implementation Of HVAC works with the contractor.

▪ Coordinate with contractor Representative for inspection of work progress.

▪ Attend regular meetings with Construction Managers and Client for progress review.
