- Prepare ITP (Inspection Test Plan) for ongoing activities and issue documents to get approval.
- Prepare kick-off meetings with subcontractors to explain QC requirements.
- Study market and shortlist steel factories to manufacture steel coupling beams.
- Inspect Post tension slabs. Slab was combined (PT slab and flat slab) and find solutions if there is any clash between PT wires path and any of other disciplines.
- Responsible for all tests required for Steel Coupling Beam till get approval. These tests consist of Lab Tests & Factory tests: -
Lab tests like (Tensile, chemical, Impact) & Factory tests like (UT, PT, Visual, dimension, bending for sheer studs).
- Oversaw quality assurance management and offered suggested recommendations.
