Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

Bill of Quantities Preparation:
Deliver relevant Bill of Quantities using Civil 3D software for land and road projects.
Project Planning Support:
Provide planning support to the project team to ensure project targets are met.
Periodic Reporting:
Prepare periodic reports detailing the status of all engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Branch Coordination:
Coordinate between project branches, such as networks, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
Change Impact Analysis:
Analyze the effects of proposed changes on the project and maintain the baseline change control and authorization process.
Planning Guidelines & Reporting:
Establish planning guidelines and reporting procedures, ensuring schedules are developed and maintained in alignment with project procedures and guidelines.
Client Invoicing:
Ensure effective control of client invoicing, including submission of invoices and tracking progress

Contract Administrator Responsibilities:

• Prepare take-off tender quantities as per the tender drawings and specifications and compare them with the quantities provided in the Consultant’s BOQ. Highlight and advise on any major discrepancies.
• Advise the Inquiry Engineer and Estimator regarding any queries, clarifications, or discrepancies that need to be addressed with the Consultant.
• Perform measurements for structural and architectural works to prepare cost estimates for projects.
• Prepare monthly interim payment certificates for submission to the client.
• Prepare subcontractor invoices, issue new variation orders, and submit detailed particulars with technical and cost impacts.
• Prepare invoices using the SAP ERP system.
