Project: JABAL OMAR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (Jumeirah East & West Towers)

Project consists of podium with eleven floors and four five stars hotels towers each with 23 floors with total build up area 198,451 m2, 30 MW demand Power, 26 MV/LV Transformers with different ratings, 3 loops MRMU, Switch gears, busway system, five Diesel Generators, UPS units, all kind of power & low current panels, Kitchen equipment’s, earthing & lightning system, Car Park system, power and low current outlets, Public Address, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, IPTV, HSIA, ….etc.

• Responsible for:
• Studying and reviewing design and shop drawings for all electrical low voltage and low current systems and following up the preparation of site sketches and installation details.
• Managing and monitoring the electrical division engineers and draftsmen to deliver the required jobs in accordance with the project milestones.
• Supporting in preparation and reviewing all electrical materials submittals and getting consultant/client approvals in accordance with project specification and held the necessary meetings with consultant/client/supplier/manufacturer until approval achievements.
• Supporting in preparation and reviewing of all electrical materials takeoffs and the materials selection in accordance to the approved material submittals and shop drawings.
• Electrical materials purchasing orders preparation and reviewing with close follow up with suppliers/vendors until job completion.
• Studying and reviewing the subcontractors offers and provide the proper selection in coordination with project higher management.
• Directing/following up the subcontractors site activities to achieve the project milestones.
• Variation orders preparation, reviewing and follow up with cost control team/client/consultant until approval achievement.
• Following up with Testing and Commissioning department and involvements when it's necessary with the systems vendors for any troubleshooting.
• Held the weekly progress, technical, procurement and planning meetings with project stakeholders to demonstrate and facilitate any conflicts among the project activities.

Project: JABAL OMAR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (Jumeirah East & West Towers)

Responsible for:

• Studying and reviewing design and shop drawings for all electrical low current systems and preparation of site sketches and installation details once it needed.
• Prepare work plans and schedules for subcontractors to insure the work completion against project milestones.
• Pre-inspect the work done by subcontractors prior to consultant inspection.
• Following up inspections with QA/QC and consultant teams.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor’s invoices for the inspected works as per their contracts.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports for the work done in site to higher management and client.
• Preparation of red-lines plans for the finished work to be reflected in as-built drawings.
• Preparation and review of all electrical materials submittals and getting consultant/client approval as complied with project specification and held the necessary meetings with consultant/client/supplier/manufacturer.
• Held the weekly technical and coordination meetings with project stakeholders to solve any conflicts faces in project.

Project: Public Services Centre

Project consists of 312 buildings, (governmental buildings, prisons, hospital, medical isolation, housing, Central Kitchen, Central laundry, General Toilets, helipads, security gates and fuel station) with total area of 2,000,000 m2, 67 MW Power demand load, 70 MV/LV Transformers with different ratings, 7 loops MRMU, Switch gears, 47 Diesel Generators, all kind of power & low current panels, UPS units, Kitchen equipment’s, earthing & lightning system, Car Park system, power and low current outlets, Public Address, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, nurse Calling System….etc.

Responsible for:

• Studying and reviewing design and shop drawings for all electrical low voltage and low current systems.
• Follow up the work under execution and getting suitable action for any irregularities done by contractor teams.
• Pre- inspect the completed electrical works prior performing inspection with consultant team.
• Preparation of inspection requests and finalizing the inspection with consultant teams.
• Preparation of red-lines plans for the approved works to be reflected in as-built drawings.
• Making method statements, ITP’s, NCR’s, RFI’s and CWIR’s.

Project: Umm- Alqura University Campus

Project consists of 120 Villas for housing faculty members, with total area of 750,000 m2 , 12 MW Power demand load, 12 MV/LV compact Transformers with different ratings, 6 Diesel Generators, UPS units, earthing & lightning system, power and low current outlets, lighting system, Public Address, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control….etc

Responsible for:

• Studying and reviewing design and shop drawings for all electrical systems.
• Bill of quantity reviewing with each revision coming from designer and perform variation orders.
• Preparation and review of all electrical materials submittals and getting consultant/client approval as complied with project specification and held the necessary meetings with consultant/client/supplier/manufacturer.
• Making prices comparison for approved materials before purchasing orders/contracts.
• Follow up work at site and solve any problems coming from execution team under site circumstances in coordinate with consultant team in regular and urgent meetings.
• Pre- inspect all electrical systems before performing inspection with consultant team
• Making method statements, ITP's, NCR's, RFI's and CWIR's.

Project: Masa'a extention on the Holly Mosque

Project consists of 7 floors for seekers between Safa & Marwah with about 450 m, three floors of them for handicapped seekers, four escalators buildings each with 13 floors, four mechanical floors ( each contains about 90 AHU, child water pumps, ETS units ), 16 MW load power, 9 MV/LV Transformers with different ratings, MV switch gears, 4 Diesel Generators, UPS units, busway system, all kind of power & low current panels, earthing & lightning system, power and low current outlets, Public Address, CCTV, MATV, Fire Alarm, Access Control….etc

Responsible for:

• Studying and reviewing design and shop drawings for all electrical systems.
• Estimate materials and work manpower to finalize the work.
• Coordinate with other disciplines engineers with excellent communication with project stakeholders.
• Supervision of an electrical team which consists of four supervisors and 160 technicians and labors working in different systems in different places among the project
• Pre-inspect the finished work prior to inspection with a consultant engineer
• Making as built drawings for the finalized work done site and submit it to the consultant in coordination with technical team.
