During my tenure at MARAFIQ RED SEA, I had the opportunity to work within a dynamic island scope environment, where I played a pivotal role in managing and overseeing various aspects of marine work, RO plant operations, STP systems, and ICE integration. My responsibilities included:

1. **Marine Work:** Collaborated with a skilled team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of marine equipment and systems. This involved conducting regular inspections, implementing safety protocols, and coordinating marine-related activities to support the organization's objectives.

2. **RO Plant :** Led the operation of the RO plant, optimizing water purification processes to ensure a continuous supply of high-quality freshwater. I was responsible for monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and implementing efficiency improvements to meet production targets.

3. **STP** Managed the Sewage Treatment Plant, overseeing wastewater treatment processes to adhere to environmental regulations and minimize environmental impact. This included conducting routine inspections, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

4. **ICE Integration:** Played a key role in the integration and maintenance of the Integrated Control Environment (ICE), ensuring seamless communication and control between various systems. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational effectiveness.

5. **BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems):** Additionally, I had the opportunity to gain experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). I contributed to the monitoring and maintenance of BESS units, supporting the organization in optimizing energy storage and distribution.

Throughout my tenure, I consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. My ability to adapt to changing conditions, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams made a significant impact on the success of our projects.

• Project till finalizing all activity and closing phase of project including executing and monitoring & controlling in various phases of the project lifecycle
• Project: Al Jubail SWRO Desalination Plant -Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams
• Devising ways to improve the Quality process to ensure higher-quality
• Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for The Project, and training staff to use them
• Setting the requirements for raw materials from Vendor and supplier suppliers and monitoring their compliance
• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance
• Overseeing project development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final Activity
• Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis
• Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

• Played a key role in leading Civil QC Team for the site Inspection activity and handover to The client Engineer lead the audit Team for the site work and manage between all project disciplines
• Lead the Team to Submit and approve all Civil project Document ITP ,MS, procedure and related
• Prepare and deliver effective presentation whenever required.

• Played a key role in monitoring and request concrete and steel Quantity and make necessary report & entering and monitoring Performa and Invoices of subcontractors in (PCC) and preparing any necessary documents and attachments for Variation orders of those subcontractors.

• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF
• Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as preapproved method statement and inspection test plan
• Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site .instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents
• Responsible for the closure of Non- conformance, NCR and Site Instruction.

• ALMAADI Metro Station -Managing parts of construction projects
• Handling and monitoring different sub-contractors for the related works
