- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Discuss the unusual increase or decrease of any accounts with the accountants from the information taken after doing variance analysis.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time financial monitoring and reporting.
