Job Responsibilities:

• Studding of project specifications.
• Studding of design drawing & making appropriate takeoff quantities & estimated materials.
• Preparing all Materials and tools MSRs.
• Coordinating with technical support team (Engineering) & following the approval status for shop drawing then studding the approved copy to be used in site.
• Reviewing the submitted materials with project specifications and materials approval, then issuing it to be inspected by consultant with (MIR)
• Leading the team work and reviewing labors' distribution and their productivity in site.
• Making the appropriate coordination with all departments.
• Following-up the installations process in site and inspecting the work before handing over to consultants.

II - King Abdul-Aziz International Airport Development Project ( KAAIA)

(From 01 \ 04 \ 2017 to 30 / 09 / 2018)

• Client : General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) – KSA
• Consultant : Dar Al_handasah (dar)
• Contractor : Saudi Binladin Group (SBG)
• Location : Jeddah. - KSA
• Our scope was to completely finishing the Electrical work in Passengers Terminal Building (PTB), Including Low Voltage systems such as Lighting, Power, Cable routing & Distribution boards / panels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Studding of project specifications.
• Studding of design drawing & making the appropriate takeoff quantities & estimated materials.
• Preparing all Materials and tools MSRs.
• Coordinating with technical support team (Engineering) & following the approval status for shop drawing then studding the approved copy to be used in site.

I. Technical office Engineer – Madinaty project – 1st Sector

(From 21 / 12 / 2012 to 10 / 03 / 2015)

• Consultant : Engineering Consultant Group (E.C.G)
• Contractor : Alexandria Construction Company – (T.M.G)
• Project : Villas, Buildings & Service buildings
• Location : Madinaty City -New Cairo - Egypt

Job Responsibilities:

• Studding of the project specifications.
• Reviewing the designed drawing (Tender) and making the appropriate takeoff quantities for all parameters.
• Studding of the new projects and making cost breakdown and pricing.
• Preparing shop drawing & following the approval procedures with consultant for electrical systems (LV & LC).
• Preparing electrical load schedules achieving the accepted phase balance for buildings according to the CAIRO ELECTRICAL DISTREBUTION COMPANY & NEC specifications.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding to the vendor list and project specification, thin receiving their technical and financial offers and making the appropriate studies and submit for approvals.
• Following the site status and receiving the installed quantities from site teams to prepare the payment certificates (IPCs) of owners and reviewing it with consultant inspectors & QS, then preparing the sub-contractors (IPCs) and submits it to the accountant & financial departments.
• Preparing all as-built drawing at the end of projects such as (Villas, Buildings or Service buildings).

II. Electrical Site Engineer – Services Buildings - Madinaty project.

(From 01/ 09 /2011 to 20 / 12 / 2012)

Project details:

• Client : Arabian Company for Projects & Urban Development – (T.M.G)
• Consultant : Engineering Consultant Group (E.C.G)
• Contractor : Alexandria Construction Company – (T.M.G)
• Sub-Contractors : MCBS, UCC & Sabra for Contracting.
• Project : Implementing four service buildings
• Location : Madinaty City -New Cairo - Egypt

Job Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for Electrical work in the following four Buildings:

1. Friday Mosque

2. Madinaty Executive Golf

3. Madinaty Medical Centre – South Part

4. Madinaty Police Station – South Part

• Studding of the project specifications and Receiving the shop drawing from technical office.
• Managing the team work to finalize the Electrical activities in all buildings.
• Preparing all Materials and tools requests and reviewing the quantities in the stocks
• Make the appropriate coordination with all disciplines.
• Following-up the installations process in site and handing over the executed work to consultant, thin reviewing the approval status.
• Reviewing installed quantities and preparing the sub-contractors΄ payment certificates (IPCs).
• Following-up the suppliers for all systems and reviewing the supplied materials complying with the approval and project specifications and comparing with the BOQs, and reviewing the installation and testing processes.

III. Electrical Site Engineer - VILLAS Construction project - Madinaty Project

(From 01/04/2008 to 31/08/2011)
