- Handling import & export shipment (Air-Sea- Land)

- Contact with the international agent to secure of collect the shipment from origin country to the destination.
- Follow up with the agent to ensure of dispatch the shipments to POD or AOD.
- Reach out to operator terminals port to pay all port charges and customs duty.
- Contact with C/nee to pay all port charges, duties.
- Coordinate with Transportation department to secure deliver of the shipment and share the POD to all parties.
- Utilizing the final invoice and check the cost & Profit, then submit it to Acct dept.
Pharma & Foods:
Handle Pharma Projects ( Vaccine and medical +2 to +8)
Handle Food products ( 0 to - 18 ) Import and Export.
Also, trucks transportation with data logger to be set on specifec tempruture control based on customer request.
Handle Event & special cargo such as:
- Handled Sports events such as ( cups & medals for Saudi league matches)
- Sensitive wall panting with value ( + 20 millions)
- Furnature for events and bothsides and all products for events.
- Furmall & race cars for temporary export and emport.
- Diamomd and gold with value ( +30 millions) incuding getting insurance.
Handle Air Charter for Special project with coordinate with the
airlines to get best rates and services.
Pricing & Quotation handling:
- Receiving (Export & Import) RFQ via email from agents, clients, team ( door to door, port to door etc.)
- Engage to customers and close the deal & attract new customers.
- Handle transportation prices ( dry and reefer trucks, low bed for out of gauge shipments, docker cars)
- Daily contacting with international agents to secure competitive rate for the clients.
- Negotiation with the clients and provide good price to win huge volume of business.
- Build deep relationships with international agents & our customers.
- Gain new customers & agents to provide them very competitive rate to win their loyalty.
- Contact the shipping line companies to get some rates such as ( RORO, RF container, STD container, FR)
- Follow up with the customer to get the feedback of the RFQ, and update the agents if any.
