Coordinate with the customers for projects execution while reviewing and managing project's progress, application of specifications, customer acceptance and variations. Responsible for completing projects on time and within budget. Also recommend cost-efficiency measures without compromising on quality. Responsible for identifying risks and opportunities from proposals over the project period and bring them to the management’s attention try to solve it with proper discussion and planning. Successfully handling the entire spectrum of functions related to erection, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting, and operation of projects from the scratch. Anchor and co-ordinate on-site activities to ensure smooth work progress and conceptualized and implemented measures for enhancing operational efficient and optimizing resource utilization. Development and Acquisition of innovative Technology. Good concepts and knowledge about the actual Industrial application to which this technology is to be applied. Effective and reliable service and assistance from Project conceiving from construction up to commissioning and life-time operation of the system. Efficiently analyzing on various processes and taking adequate measures to ensure compliance with action requirements to enhance the operational efficiency.
