Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all civil, structural, and architectural works comply with ISO 9001 standards, SBC codes, and project specifications.
• Verify that all site activities follow approved IFC drawings and contract requirements.
• Review, prepare, and update ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC Checklists.
• Implement project-specific QMS procedures and ensure their strict adherence.
• Monitor QA/QC compliance across all project stages from start to handover.

Documentation, Reporting & Records Management

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC progress reports for management and the client.
• Maintain logs for WIR, MIR, NCR, SOR, CAR, SSR, and inspection records.
• Review supplier prequalification documents and material submittals before final approval.
• Maintain complete quality documentation through Aconex, ACC, or Prolog systems.
• Review and verify all third-party laboratory test reports and certifications.
• Ensure availability of complete QA/QC dossiers, as-built documentation, and project close-out records.

Inspection, Testing & Site Quality Control

• Conduct site inspections for concrete, steel, earthwork, finishing, and architectural works.
• Raise WIRs and coordinate inspections with consultant/client for approval.
• Raise MIRs for incoming materials and ensure materials meet approved specifications.
• Attend concrete trial mixes and verify compliance of mix design with project requirements.
• Witness concrete sampling, slump tests, cube casting, curing, and crushing.
• Monitor batching plant calibration and concrete production activities.
• Inspect and verify rebar placement, formwork, embedments, sleeves, conduits, and anchor bolts.
• Ensure adherence to proper curing, compaction, leveling, and finishing practices.
• Witness all third-party tests (soil, concrete, reinforcement, waterproofing, GRC, precast, etc.).
• Inspect precast molds, reinforcement, embedment placement, and dimensional accuracy.
• Monitor casting, vibration, curing, demolding, and stacking operations.
• Ensure compliance with PTS, Method Statements, and production checklists.
• Verify panel coding, stockyard documentation, and delivery readiness.
• Conduct periodic factory audits and ensure calibration of equipment.
• Implement new procedures and innovations to improve inspection efficiency.
• Monitor quality trends and implement measures to reduce repetitive issues.
• Develop project-specific quality plans for improved workflow and production control.

Non-Conformance Control & Quality Improvement

• Identify site non-conformances and issue NCR or SOR where required.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Develop and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Follow up on NCR closures and ensure proper corrective implementation.
• Conduct internal quality audits and participate in external audits.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, and contractor teams to ensure quality integration.
• Attend weekly and monthly coordination meetings with client, consultant, and EPC contractor.
• Ensure clear communication between all disciplines to prevent quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams on specifications, drawings, and methods.

Risk Management & Technical Assessment

• Identify potential quality risks early and provide mitigation strategies.
• Review shop drawings, technical queries, and design clarifications when needed.
• Evaluate construction methodologies to ensure alignment with quality requirements.
• Support project managers with technical assessments and claims evaluation.

Leadership, Training & Team Management

• Supervise and guide QA/QC inspectors and junior engineers.
