Responsible for Event management (trainings/workshops/seminar/meetings/Global Days) to ensure proper and suitable venue and timely provision of menu. Liaisoning with government departments. Sharing of monthly progress reports with all stakeholders.
  • Assets & Inventory (Stock) Management: Ensure the safety and effective use of all HRDS FOUNDATION assets and property and responsible for the maintenance and repairs of these resources. Keeps an updated file of all assets & properly tagged. Maintain inventory records for office supplies and ensure all office equipment is functional and stocked with required supplies.
