  • Preparing MR packages as per the project MTO, making TBEs, issuing award recommendations, and continuously communicating with clients, Aramco, for approval.
  • Preparing the purchase orders as per the Aramco dummy code assigned for each MR package and other consumable POs, both in SAP and manual formats.

  • Expediting the delivery of materials from the supplier by involving the material coordinator in receiving, delivering, and storing the materials for preservation.
  • Assisting management, the Cost Control department, and the Engineering department whenever needed, both in terms of technical and commercial issues.
  • Prepare a vendor list, issue RFQ to vendors, expedite and coordinate technical vendor inquiries, and provide clarity on all technical and commercial proposals.
  • Prepare the vendor bid, expedite the missing bid offer, and review the commercial bid evaluation, commercial negotiation, and quoted price comparison for every MR material.
  • Having the ability to perform coordinating, reviewing, and cataloging services of the Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP), and deliver a complete, structured description of equipment, general supply, and spare parts.
  • Ability to review SPDP from vendors or contractors to ensure all backup/supporting documents required from OEM/OEM for proponent/MRO are available and certified.
  • Ability to ensure that all spare parts from the OEM/Supplier match without any discrepancies according to the Company Cataloging Procurement Guideline.
  • Provide all data requested by Saudi Aramco to promptly resolve SPDP deficiencies as soon as possible. Produce a monthly Spare Parts Data Package Status Report (SPDPSR) with a basic project purchase order. Liaises with existing and potential suppliers and vendors; conducts site visits where possible and/or required.
  • Having good experience with equipment, spare parts, and identifying wearable, non-wearable, and consumable parts for inventory stock.
  • Acquiring technical and catalog data for the equipment, spare parts, and operating materials required to operate and maintain new equipment, and liaising with respective vendors to obtain the required SPDP package as per MR requirements.

  • Follow up with local suppliers and procurement on delays in material deliveries, and offer advice.
  • A supervisor or appropriate indenting party, understanding the supply cycle, confirming receipt of items, and signing any relevant delivery notes, oversees all operations related to the reception, inspection, storage, issuing, and shipment of all supplies, equipment, and spare parts arriving at the company's main warehouse.
  • Observe the health, safety, and environmental requirements while receiving or issuing the materials and hazardous materials. Materials, and supervise the daily activities of the warehouse.
