Oversee the operation of 30,000 m³/day seawater desalination plant located at the onshore and two containerized RO plants with capacities of 1500 m³/day & 1600 m³/day which are located at offshore, ensuring efficient water production and uninterrupted supply to Resorts, Hotels and residential areas.

• Monitor plant performance, analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing plant performance.
• Supervise plant operations personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
• Performed CIP (Cleaning in Place) of UF and RO membrane procedures to optimize system performance.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain plant documentation for performance analysis and audits.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during all operational activities.
• Administer Permit to Work (PTW) procedures to ensure the safe execution of maintenance and operations.
• Train staff on PTW protocols, reinforcing compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
• Facilitation commissioning team with commissioning process, startup, and process optimization of 30,000 m³/day capacity seawater desalination plant,
• Report to manager about schedule and progress related to commissioning activities. Implementation of client’s guideline for process and commissioning.
• Ensured compliance with client guidelines, reporting progress and participating in commissioning meetings with stakeholders.
• O&M Procedures, Control Philosophy Training Planes, Training PPT’s.
• Preparation of RO equipment ITP’s, O&M Procedures, Control Philosophy Training Planes, Training PPT’s.
• Operated and monitored the Ovation Distributed Control System (DCS) & SCADA/PLC for plant processes.
• Managed water treatment operations, including:
• Sedimentation/DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation), ultrafiltration (UF), seawater and brackish water reverse osmosis (SWRO/BWRO), demineralization, condensate polishing, and wastewater treatment.
