- Responsible for Installation, commissioning and maintenance of Gas Fired Steam Boilers. The Steam Boiler were LPG fired equipped with Honeywell Burner Controllers, Solenoid valves, UV flame scanner and other instrumentation controls for automated and safety system. The troubleshooting and maintenance was carried out with minimum downtime.
- Commissioning and servicing for Durag Flame Scanners, Dust Concentration Meters, Hegwein Oil Fired Igniter System.
- Prepared, Submitted and got approved the technical Bid for the project of replacement of old igniters. Supervised the installation/commissioning of Oil Fired Igniters System successfully for SWCC, Jeddah.
- Haif Company had the project for the Operation and Maintenance of Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations for Saudi Aramco. Involved in the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of these continuous monitoring analyzers from Thermo Electron Corporation, API, R & P for the measurement of gases like SO2, NOx, CO, Ozone, H2S, Dust and all meteorological parameters. Troubleshooting of Datalogger Program from Campbell Scientific and data acquisition from the data logger to the local system and back to the main server in Dhahran Headquarters

- Company Overview: Subcontractors for ARAMCO.
- Project At Saudi ARAMCO Riyadh Refinery, Riyadh: Sulphur Recovery Unit. The Project involves accumulating the Sulphur Gas from various processes being taken place at different areas of the Refinery mainly through the H2S gas. The project contains two identical plants of Sulphur Recovery Unit which is then being converted to liquid/molten Sulphur. The liquid Sulphur is then transported in a pipeline provided with Heat Tracing System for maintaining the temperature at the required 135 F. The pipeline runs for 3km, containing liquid Sulphur and transported to the Riyadh bulk plant for handling facilities.
- Project At Saudi ARAMCO Abqaiq Plant, Abqaiq: Maintain Gas Compression Capacity. The Project involved increasing the compression capacity of the plant. It involved installation of one new boiler Unit to the existing Mark V Gas Turbine and a new plant containing Cooling Tower, Mark VI Gas Turbine Unit Accompanied by the Boiler Unit. Furthermore it required the old flare unit to be abandoned and new flare unit was installed.
- Job profile & responsibilities: Calibration of all field Instruments (All Smart Transmitters following Hart Protocol, Control Valves, MOV, ESD Valves etc) as per Instrumentation Specification Sheet(ISS) and QC requirements.
- Overall installation of all field instruments as per P&ID, Instrument Points and Lines Drawing, and Impulse tubing as per Hook Up Drawing, Pressure Leak Test.
- Involved in the pre-commissioning activities i.e. Loop checking for the entire field Instruments concerning the project As per Instrument Loop Drawings.
- Performed Installation and Pre-Commissioning of Fire Alarm Control Panels and Methane and LEL Detector System(F&G Systems).
- Installation of field instruments following Foundation Fieldbus Protocol according to the DCS Guidelines.
- Maintaining of Calibration accuracy of process and analytical instruments, interlock testing, loop checking for critical Instruments.
