- Involved in the erection, installation of 110 kV GIS, 110/13.8 kV power transformer, and 13.8 kV, 440 V, 240 V switchgear, as well as 125 V DC and 48 V DC battery bank and charger testing-related activities at the site.
- Raising inspection requests to consultants a day prior to the inspection, and maintaining the working procedures and schedule in coordination with the equipment supplier supervisors.
- Coordinating with the suppliers for the one-time delivery of local purchasers and main suppliers, if needed.
- Prior inspection of all the equipment and its quality before raising a request for material inspection.
- Ongoing tally with the specific materials to improve the overall performance of the site.
- Preparing the QA/QC report on an internal and biweekly basis.
- Timely submission of daily reports and on a biweekly basis, and QC report maintenance for quality control records between the contractor and consultant.
- Following up on the site instructions given by the client at the site.
- Follow up and closing of the punch list according to site standards. Following up on the comments given by the client at every MOM that have to be cleared within the promised time schedule.
- Maintaining the calibration reports and regularly checking for the validation of the apparatus used for testing purposes.
- Following the Walkthrough comments in accordance with the updated TMSS, and the clauses aligned with it.
- Inspecting all the materials received at the site and assuring the quality of them according to the PO.
- Raising the request for material inspection in coordination with the concerned consultant engineer.
- Conducting the Megger test, Lux test, and continuity test.
- Raising the RFI (Request for Inspection) at every stage of work at the site, monitoring the MIRN.
Regular assurance of the material present at the site store, in coordination with the storekeeper.
- Keep all the documents related to quality (DTS, FAT, shipment release, construction drawings).
