• Followed up on completion of energy management projects and communicated progress to Tarshid's CEO and Operation Director.
• Communicated effectively with Beneficiary entities and subcontractors ( ESCOs) in order to align all stakeholders with project progress and target which helps in overcoming challenges during project cycle.

Achievement:

• Developed Project Progress tracker : This tracker has visualised all projects progress in one place.
• Developed weekly Progress report : The report represents a detailed progress of each energy saving measure (ESM) starting from documents till completion certificate issuance.

In addition to managing projects' activities assigned to me, below listed tasks/responsibilities have been assigned to me.

• Plan and update revenue and cash collection plans monthly.
• Review projects progress with projects managers and record issues that threatening achieving revenue and/or cash collection target or, not satisfying customers.
• Leading management board meeting were escalated issues during projects reviews are discussed with all line managers and factory general manger.

Achievements:

• Set projects priority and plan production accordingly starting from Nov 2020 till June 2021.

Joined ABB High voltage GIS ( Gas Insulated Switchgears) project management department as project engineer handling projects from sales handover point till last deliverable delivery.

Achievements:

• Contributed in developing and improving project management department's process and cross functional processes.
• Managed ARAMCO Haradh & Hawiyah FGC project that designed in SA and manufactured and delivered from ABB Switzerland 102 bays of 230kV GIS to 9 substations.
• Manged two substations project feeding SPARK project
  with 22 bays designed, manufactured and delivered
  from ABB Dammam factory.

I spent about three years in, medium voltage as a project engineer managing trading and manufacturing projects started with the protection relays trading projects before handling medium voltage switchgear projects from the engineering till energisation.

Achievements:

• 130% of 2015 revenue plan was recognized.
• Handling a 47 13.8 kV panels project for SEC (Bader SS)
• Handling the direct POs with SEC for RMUs and successfully.
