Sub-contracting activities and preparation of procedures and requirements in support of the project objectives.
Receiving, evaluating quotations and Providing support in formulating and issuing contracts.
Provides support in pre-qualification and preparation of lists of tenderers. Prepares contracts and tender documents and provides support in preparation summaries and letters of recommendations.
