primary responsibility is to act as the initial point of contact for telephone callers
and visitors, providing administrative support to the office team. They make the safeguarding and
well-being of all students their number one priority and follow the school’s statutory policies.
- Answer incoming telephone calls courteously and put them through to the requested staff
members or the appropriate staff according to the assistance required by the callers
- Receive and greet visitors to the school warmly and provide them with the appropriate
information and assistance
- be aware of and effectively implement emergency and evacuation procedures as required
- be fully aware of the school’s Health and Safety policies
- Manage the accurate collation of attendance records on iSAMS
- Manage the accurate input of information onto the Noor system
- Provide administrative support to the School Office
- undertake any other reasonable requests by the Principal or other line manager
. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
• Make travel arrangements
• Document expenses and hand in reports
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties
