Situation: While managing the account for DURE, a major client in KSA, I identified that several of their locations were not covered by Mobily's fiber network, which posed a challenge in meeting their connectivity needs.

Task: My objective was to gather all their requirements for connectivity, prepare a competitive proposal, and ensure the necessary budget was secured for extending our fiber services to these uncovered sites.

Action: I collaborated with relevant teams at Mobily to secure the budget needed to connect the additional sites. After studying DURE's requirements thoroughly, I prepared a tailored proposal that addressed all their connectivity needs. This proactive approach allowed us to present a comprehensive solution that met their expectations.

Result: I successfully won a contract worth 3 million. After signing the contract, we delivered fiber connectivity to all sites within a month. The successful implementation not only satisfied DURE's immediate requirements but also led to a renewal contract for an additional 4 million the following year.

Success Story with EMKAN Finance:

Situation: In 2022, EMKAN Finance was starting its operations, and I recognized an opportunity to support their connectivity needs as they sought to establish reliable communication links.

Task: My objective was to secure all connectivity requirements to connect their Head Office (HO) with the Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) site of Al Rajhi Bank.

Action: I engaged with the IT team, procurement team, and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at EMKAN Finance to understand their specific connectivity needs. I then prepared a comprehensive proposal and successfully negotiated a deal with them for 120K monthly.
