1- AFSS (Boeing AH-64 Apache).

2- AITD (MD-530F Helicopters).

3- IMSS (Black Hawks UH-60).

• Comply with all NG/USG/VA policies, procedures and managing risks to ensure compliance standards are meet.
• Participates in joint management teams with OPM,SANG-MP and major procurement actions as required.
• Mentored junior staff members on best practices for subcontract administration, contributing to overall team development and success.
• Conducted regular reviews of market trends for specific commodities or services, adjusting procurement strategies accordingly to optimize resources.

- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.

- Update internal database with order details (dates, quantities, discounts, suppliers).

- Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate better prices.

- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.

- Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders.

- Support Aviation Unit programs:

- Providing Aircraft Parts, Tools, Equipments, Calibrations & AOG’s to support SANG Aviation Airfield / SANG Aviation Heliport.

- Writes and distributes complex and technical bid invitations.

- Receives and analyzes bids, quotes, proposals, and awards the contract.

- Soliciting competitive bids through requests for proposals (RFP's), requests for quotations (RFQ's), BPA's and BSA’s.

- Organize learning and development programs.

- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.

- Support and suggest improvements to entire recruitment process.

- Processes final offer and finalizes recruitment.
