• Optimized shutdowns planning efficiency from 5 hours to 1 hour per cycle [80% optimization]. This optimization has been achieved as a result of instigating Review Performance Dialogues, which is interactive platform through Skype and decision-making enabler to engage and align all stakeholders responsible for gas production outages to ensure meeting the kingdom's gas demand.

• Achieved Excellence Level [score of 3.5 out of 4] at Corporate Level in gas production at Saudi Aramco. This accomplishment entails robust and sustainable gas production performance as a result of robust system which I established to plan, implement, monitor and adjust performance.
• Improved equipment downtime by [80%] by conducting extensive engineering analysis on operations of gas production to identify top [20%] high-impact factors to downtime and identifying interim and long-term remedial plans and close monitoring to ensure effective implementation.

• Performed corporate Operational Excellence (OE) Assessment Audit for Marine Department from November 1 to December 10, 2020 and led team of twenty-five (25) assessors. Marine organization operates fleet of vessels in six (6) ports at Saudi Arabia and performs wide variety of functions supporting production of oil in offshore areas, oil spill response, sub-sea inspection & repairs, rig move operations and offshore logistics. The objective of OE Corporate Assessment Audit is to ensure adequate implementation of business processes across all divisions and to evaluate organizational performance in terms of Plan-Do- Check-Adjust methodology.
