• Review Project Schedule, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports submitted by Contractor.
• To ensure work by the contractor is carried upon based on approved drawings and spec.
• Ensure Monthly Invoices are submitted by the Contractor and processed by the Commercial Dept.
• Controlled overall construction activities of the project.
• Communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with other department engineers to create more efficient project methods.
• Coordinate with Design team regarding the drawings & Queries
• Coordinate with Client for Project start and Closing Out .
• Coordinate with client by arranging weekly/monthly meeting for their feedback/complaints and find out solution for any complaint
• Coordinate with PM for day-to-day activity and discussing quality requirements of project for smooth progress.

Riyadh Airport Project

• Person in charge for site execution progress of works.
• Point of contact for Main Contractors working at multiple projects.
• Review Technical Submittals, Material Submittals and Shop Drawings.
• Ensure Inspections are raised on timely manner to avoid NCR's.
• Follow up daily progress of works at site by the Contractor in line with Project Schedule and report it to the Client.
• Review Project Schedule, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports submitted by Contractor.

• Preparing requirements of scaffolding, shuttering, manpower resources in line with construction execution plan.

• Assist and support junior personnel within the engineering team.

Project: Relocation and Upgrading of Existing W7 Pumping Station and Force Main

• Places concrete orders with batch plant, arranges pump truck and crane/bucket.
• Reviews timesheet for correct codes and hours, gives to Superintendent for review.
• Reports Manhours weekly to project controls for QURR.
• Provides input for work packages and reviews drafts of entire work packages.
• Provides quantities and supporting documentation to field engineering for monthly billing.
• Point of contact for subcontractors working in the area. Ensures subcontractors documentation is approved .
• Responsible for subcontractor submitting all quantities and supporting documentation to field engineering for monthly billing.
• Ensures work in the field are using most current plans, specs, ITPs and notifies field engineering if work packages need revisions and change notices
• Review shop drawings, orders rebar and gets rebar delivered to site

• Project:
• 1.Emirates aluminum Smelter
• 2.Comprehensive improvement of the parallel road project,22km of dual 3 lanes for both east and west parallel roads 4 km of dual 3 lanes.4 km of dual 3 lanes for d53 & 24 bridge structure

• Supervision & execution of work at site
• Taking out Bill of Quantities as per plan as per site.
• Complete supervision and inspection of works with excavation & RCC works.
• Taking out weekly & monthly bills of sub- contractors.

Project (Improvement of water courses )

• Prepare Drawings for watercourses on Excel program.
• Supervise the construction activities and monitor the progress
• Close coordination with contractors and clients for proper implementation of work.
• Daily Site Inspection and verification of materials and work performed to ensure compliance with the approved drawings and specifications.
