● Ensure all shift members are equipped with right PPE, tools and equipment to Preform their task Safely.
● Maintained workplace compliance, ensuring operational staff constantly prioritised hazard awareness procedures.
● Oversaw staff planning, ensuring adequate resources and capacity to meet prioritised demand.

• Maintained updated knowledge of risk management policies and compliance requirements for audit accuracy.
• Defined corrective actions for non-conforming products and complaints for continued quality improvements.
• Audited existing operational practices, proactively challenging and implementing improvement to ensure compliance and growth.
• Coached staff in required knowledge and skills needed to maintain exceptional company quality standards.
• Investigated customer complaints to address areas of improvement, eliminate non-conformance and increase customer satisfaction.

• Responsible to monitor Quality Standards in Freight Depots by following QMS , procedures and monitor QMS and safety requirement KPI's with Weekly, Monthly , Quarterly and annually Reports to the Management, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager.
• Perform and lead Internal Audits for (Infrastructure & Operation and Maintenance ),
• Quality & Safety Audits and Inspections.
• Writing and reviewing the procedures level 2,3 and 4.
• Support, advice and Participate in external audits.

• Provide advice and ensure QMS Prevention and • corrective actions.
• Provide Risk Assessments by areas and activities with review annually and when needed.
• Provide QMS Gap Analysis.
• Implement, Review and enhance QMS ( Trainings, Orientation, IPE's, Quality Moments ) to employees and contractors.
• Provide timely updates of work planning, work in progress, and summaries of work completed, records observations, makes recommendations.
• Deploy and train temporary workforces for inspection/re-work operations. Ensure Safety, Quality and efficiency of work being performed.
• Recommend improvements in processes, people, systems and structures, to reduce waste and continuously improve
performance.

• Conduct internal audits across SAR's operational departments in alignment with the approved annual audit plan.
• Participate in the full audit cycle: planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with policies, procedures, contracts, and regulatory requirements (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Saudi regulations).
• Review operational and strategic Risk Registers, identify control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with the audit team in performing root cause analysis and issuing Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Preventive Action Requests (PARs).
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to department heads and executive management, outlining findings, risks, and improvement recommendations
