Responsibilities/Tasks:

· Assemble a team of highly skilled professionals and take a leadership position to guide the

team proactively.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous

improvement.

· Review and approve the Contractor's Project Quality Plan (PQP) to ensure alignment with project

standards and objectives.

· Evaluate and approve the contractor’s Quality organization by contract requirements, including conducting interviews with key personnel.

(MS), and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure compliance with project specifications.

· Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all reporting staff and share them with NEOM

Management to monitor individual performance.

within the assigned region.

· Prepare and submit Weekly reports to NEOM management detailing the status and progress of

all projects in the assigned region.
