* Panel Operator of Direct Reduction Plant.

* Working on YOKOGAWA HIS system which I was participated of tuning the new system, testing it and troubleshooting.

* Handling with plant WATER TREATMENT as communication with concern service providers as UTILITY, ARAMCO GAS PLANT and other internal departments.

* Leading outside crew to curry out needed jobs along with Supervisors recommendations.

* Close monitoring to certain types of indicators and equipments to recognize any sudden change in values which can be a clue to take a necessary actions or implementing specific instruction given from plant engineers, S.V. or even EHSS employee.

* Familiar and complied with process safety system.

* Handling the plant during common crises and taking necessary action during those crises.

* One of crises which handled lately is that HADEED's main substation transformer of HADEED '1' was damaged, Leaded us as a PANEL operators, Automation and Electrical crews to seek into an alternative solutions to run the plant with minimum power consumption which being carried by plenty of diesel generators we brought and modified.

* In heavy circumstances we had to operate the plant as panel operators in main CCR which has no A/C even when portable A/C was brough the weather was rough to work in, And we stand together until the crises was contained.

* Seeking for new safer ways with our managements to improve the way of starting and shutting down plant during any needed time same as DOWN/DAY shutdown, Emergency or even Turnaround shutdown.

* Working outside on the field when needed (Turnarounds - Downdays and when there is an employee shortage for any reason).

* Delivering specific detailed report of plant productivity, important or any parameters were included in maintenance jobs and current plant condition and those information being printed, delivered to the reliever employee as discussing the report verbally.
