· • Review over 5000 designs for multiple types of projects, such as CCTV, FS, and LIT.

· • Supervise on-site activities performed by contractors, vendors and technicians ensuring project requirements are met and monitoring of commissioning activities, installation, and delivery.

· • Manage any unexpected installation issue that might arise throughout project delivery.

· • Reviewing technical submissions from contractors determining compliance with project documentation, projects safety and quality standards and technical requirements, and provide relevant recommendations to concerned stakeholders.

· • Ensure technical input, opinion, and responses for different types of projects.

· • Conduct site quality audits to ensure that concerned project is following agreed applicable standards and practices.

· • Implementing approved change and variation orders. (Change request to be communicated by contractor with project manager, after that project manager get technical input from implementation).

· • Resolution of any installation related issues ensuring abidance by commissioning procedures and plans.

· • Review of technical submissions from installation contractors ensuring compliance with project documentation, safety, quality standards and technical requirements and propose recommendations to concerned Project Manager.

· • Review type of approval of suppliers and materials for installation items and update them periodically with list of approved suppliers and materials.

· • Perform installation and commissioning acceptance visit for final approval ensuring approved quality and materials as per standards.

· • Participate in provision of certificate of completion after inspection and confirmation of compliance of implemented systems.

· • Following-up on development process ensuring all queries and risks are attended to and contract terms are met.

· • Engagement with Program team in RFP/RFI/RFQ Development.
