Acts as a focal point for any stevedore issues that may arise with assigned vessel

Ensure completion of vessel operation and documentation in order to issue vessel clearance

· Maintain control and ensure regulations to all export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all-new custom requirements.

Leder everyday team according to standard procedures

Coordinate with different departments to establish an efficient export classification and prepare a smooth bridge between operations and exports.

Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders, logistics and provide an optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.

Perform audits on export files on a regular basis.

Monitor and provide a response to all customer inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all export products for customs clearance.

Coordination and collaboration with finance, accounting, and sales departments for settlement of pending issues or customer requests.

Maintain KPI performance.

Responsible for documentation processing expense.
