MOH PHCC Network and Infrastructure Project
- Spearheaded Implementation of connectivity and ICT infrastructure on more than 700 primary heath clinic (PHC) sites spread across the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Layer-3 VPN Connectivity was provided using microwave and fiber media. ICT infrastructure included implementation of passive network, installation and activation of 700 routers, 2,100 switches, 3,000 access points, 5,600 indoor and 4,200 outdoor cameras, 700 NVRs, 21,000 HP desktops and 1,400 printers. Moreover, Anti-Fire alarm system and Anti-theft system was also part of the scope. (Project Value - USD 150mn)
Red Sea Triple Play Project
- Managed implementation of GPON triple play services (Internet, IPTV, IP Phone) on over 800 villas. Accountable for rolling out GPON ONT's, IP Phones, IPTV STBs to activate internet, enable IPTV Streaming and IP telephone service on 800 villas. (Project Value - USD 20mn)
SALAM Cloud Infrastructure Project
- Managed Implementation of IT enterprise infrastructure across multiple data centres which includes over 100 servers, multiple storage devices, FC switches, network switches, rack readiness, end to end integration of all the equipment installed.
5G Migration Project for SALAM Customers
- I was responsible to handling the migration of over 1000 customers from microwave and WiMAX to 5G technology. As the services were operational, it required careful planning, risk assessment and multiple approvals from the internal departments and customer.
Advanced Learning School Project, Riyadh
- Scope was to provide Connectivity, Passive cabling with cabinets, CCTV solution, Networking and Wireless solution and IP Phones solution.
- It was a new school building and complete end to end ICT setup was delivered successfully.
