I had the pleasure to work with top entrepreneurs in sports and I got the great opportunity to lead teams of volunteers along side my journey at Cairo Runners and took major responsibilities in Cairo Half Marathon 2015,2016, two international half marathon at Al-Gouna, Alexandria full marathon and Finally Cairo First Full Marathon at the great Downtown.

I am an area manager who leads teams of volunteers who guide the runners.

• Assisted with day-to-day operations of facility, including scheduling and customer service.
• Identified skills and knowledge gaps, tailoring workshops appropriately.
• Recorded data, completed relevant paperwork, and reviewed targets.
• Developed effective training manuals, modules and teaching aids.
• Developed engaging and entertaining presentations, maintaining employee attention and improving impact of training.
