Green Riyadh Program – Major Parks & Treated Water Irrigation Network (Giga Program).

• Contribute to the execution of large-scale urban development projects aligned with Green Riyadh Program’s sustainability and transformation goals.
• Support project execution and delivery, as well as technical coordination efforts, ensuring seamless integration between design, implementation, and operational planning.
• Act as the owner’s representative in supervising contractor and consultant activities, ensuring adherence to project quality and timeline standards.
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholder management team to track engagement and align project requirements, supporting coordination efforts with external government entities.
• Assist in supervising the execution and development of over 5 major public parks, along with the infrastructure of the world’s largest city-based treated sewage effluent (TSE) irrigation network, extending over 1,300 kilometers.
• Take part in preparing project reports and tracking KPIs, contributing to a 15% improvement in execution efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards, regulatory requirements, and project governance protocols through active technical involvement.

Project: King Salman Park – Royal Arts Complex (Mega Project)

• Executed MEP works across multiple active zones, ensuring adherence to approved shop drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Performed quality control inspections during and post-installation to maintain construction integrity and reduce rework.
• Resolved technical issues in coordination with site engineers and consultants to minimize delays and ensure workflow continuity.
• Managed subcontractors on-site, including scheduling, inspection readiness, and compliance with project execution plans.
• Prepared and submitted daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to reflect actual work completed and upcoming milestones.
• Reviewed technical drawings and coordinated material submittals to align with site conditions and consultant feedback.

Project: King Salman Air Base (Mega Project)

• Negotiated advantageous terms with suppliers, achieving improved pricing and optimized procurement costs.
• Managed end-to-end procurement processes, including quotation analysis and supplier pre-qualification evaluations.
• Prepared material submittals and vendor pre-qualification documents to obtain timely consultant approvals.
• Drafted and processed contracts, purchase orders (POs), and requests for quotations (RFQs) in line with project requirements.
• Ensured timely delivery of materials in coordination with site teams, maintaining alignment with project schedules and avoiding delays.
