- Responsible for all import and export shipments from the procurement process until arriving at the warehouse, including all details below:
- Place purchase orders with suppliers, and follow up on all processes until the shipment is ready for shipping.
- Follow up on the shipping process with the 3PL, and select a forwarder according to the lower price and the best option for shipping.
- Coordinate, monitor, and track the shipment from the port of origin until it arrives at the destination.
- Provide all requirements for customs clearance (SFDA, SABER, etc.), and follow up on the process with brokers until the shipment is released from customs and delivered to the warehouse.
- Resolve any supply chain disruptions or issues promptly.
- Check the shipment with the warehouse team once it is received.
- Issue invoices to customers, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with other departments to create a smooth process and organized plans for the business.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.

- Check the documents, and follow up with shipping lines and forwarders until the shipment arrives at the destination.
- Extract the appropriate HS codes, and check all requirements for clearance with the importers for related permits required for all kinds of materials, such as medical devices, food supply, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and industries, etc.
