• Leading the development of a country wide program that have a potential of delivering +300 Million SAR in revenue.

• Lead the development of the yearly plan for the targeted projects to be executed by the company.
• Report monthly and weekly reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders including executive management using power BI.
• Manage several main government key accounts including sensitive, military and medical accounts.
• Monitored project progress, identified risks and took corrective action as needed.
• Develop Energy Efficiency projects RFP packages and Launch them in accordance to the plan.
• Analyse project data to explore opportunities, areas of improvement and validate business decisions
• Represent the company during official events and meet with potential clients and customers to discuss business collaboration.
• Evaluate vendors performance in accordance with with company strategy.

• Lead daily tier 2 meeting and discuss operation in the last 24 hours and generate actions as needed.
• Create a system to track internal inventory with minimam, maximum and re-order level.
• Create, improve and schedule PM activities and maintain the record in compliance with ISO Audit.
• Developed a dashboard using power BI to monitor the performance and share with Leadership team.

• Create, develop and review machine SOP.
• Conduct task risk assessment.
• Lead Autonomous care & reliability workshops.
• Apply lean six sigma tools and SMED to improve machine changeover.
