• Managing and creating employment contracts through the Qiwa platform, including issuing work permits and visas.
  • Utilizing the Mudad platform to prepare and submit payroll statements in compliance with the Wage Protection System.
  • Registering employees with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), updating their data, and monitoring subscriptions.
  • Managing medical insurance for employees via the Tameeni platform and ensuring active coverage.
  • Using Microsoft Dynamics to manage operational and HR-related data.
  • Monitoring government updates and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
