• Responsible for preparing annual budgets for the assigned departments at the Embassy.
• Budget control that includes budget formulation and financial program planning and analysis, budget execution, funds reconciliation, fund availability certification.
• Monthly expenditure reports.
• Responsible for all Purchase Requests received by all departments and making sure there is enough funds before processing them with the correct fiscal data for each department.
• Creating periodic budget reports for each department and expenditure analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports to the governor
and MoF.
• Prepare and monitor chart of accounts.
• Issue pay orders according to policies of the Authority and the Ministry of Finance through Etimad, and making sure all the documents provided are accurate and complete.
• Responsible for petty cash closing in a timely manner.
• Monitor departments spending and ensure it is within the budget.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile account payables and receivables.
• Promote Bupa Arabia product to achieve set and agreed personal and team target.
• Establish, build and maintain the relationship with clients.
• Conduct product and service presentation to new clients.
• Responsible to solve client’s issues resulting from any function in the organization.
• To remain accessible for clients 24/7 for 365 days, even during vacations to help clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing the best services demonstrating Bupa’s values and resolve complaint in timely manner.
