Brief of Duties and Responsibilities:

2019 – Current: Manager - Lease Contracts Management
• Handling & minting top tenant sales across more than 20 malls.
• Control & mortaring tenant OCR & Involving with committee for any renewal by providing tenant sales situation in OCR.
• Handling tenant TOR invoices (top tenant - Key account & individual)
• Handling & supporting collection team to clarify to tenant the TOR invoice.
• Handling the new process and changing request through Yardi related to tenant sales.
• Solving TOR invoices issue with finance & IT team.
• Providing finance team, the estimated TOR invoice before they generate it.
• Involve in OCR evaluation by auditing tenants’ yearly sales & requesting tenant to provide sales from external audit.
• Involved in management report that has connected with tenant sales.
• Making a report to the budgeting department to understand the market which reflects on board decisions and new role.
• Handling sales & turnover rent in project.
