-Records all petty cash related transactions in SAP to ensure that the petty cash fund balance, at any given time, tallies with SAP recorded balance. Prepares petty cash replenishments whenever necessary to maintain the availability of cash at the location for operating expenses.
-Obtains source documents for all SKU’s on a daily basis and updates SAP values accordingly on a timely basis.
-Gathers information necessary for the preparation of the flash report.

-Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
-Assist the journal entry.
-Assist Entering invoices.
-Perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor manager.
