- Led the maintenance team in executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting contributed plant operations.
- participated in the development and expansion of the factory through the installation and commissioning of new 15 ton MS melting induction furnace (electrotherm ) including associated civil,mechanical and electrical systems.
- Participated in upgrading an existing induction furnace (inductotherm) by perform root cause analysis (RCA) and installing a complete new advanced control panel system, and cooling water system to improve operational performance and reliability.
- Led the installation and commissioning of a complete Air Pollutions Control System (APCS) with a capacity of 75,000 m³ ، including of two 600 kw ABB motors.
- Improved and upgraded the continuous casting machine (CCM) performance by optimizing mechanical systems, including replacement of drive motors, pumps, cooling systems , casting operation processes to increase reliability and operational efficiency.
- Contributed to the installation ,commissioning, of scrap metal baler machine and scrap shearing machine for processing steel scrap and preparation for furnace charging to improve material handling efficiency.
- Performed maintenance and upgrading activities for Electric Overhead Travelling Crane (EOT Crane).
