Assigned to run 2 subsidiaries of MIRA Foods Co. and was responsible of setting measurable objectives, developing comprehensive plans, and monitoring progress.
Government Relations: Managing all government agencies procedures, including MOC, MOMAH, MOI, ZATCA, SFDA, and others. My role is to handle all company affairs and ensure compliance with all government regulations and managing the relationship between MIRA and those government agencies.
Projects and Contracts: Responsible for company’s commercial contracts including Food supplies, cars and vehicles, equipment, construction, insurance, trademark registration and many others. Also managing all real estate contracts, and in charge of choosing new potential locations for the outlets and taking care of negotiating its terms and conditions with lessors.
Admin: Ensuring that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting other departments in all office requirements.
In addition to the above, I had a consulting role with the CEO directly regarding company growth, outlet expansion, targeted locations, upcoming major projects, and other strategic decisions.
Working in this sensitive and highly confidential department, my main role was overseeing contracts with various local and international vendors, responsible for ensuring that all agreements are precisely aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Worked closely with vendors discussing contracts terms and conditions before submitted our final review to management.
