As the Head of Customer Care Development at Social Development Bank (SDB), I am responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, CRM system, contact center, staff training, and customer satisfaction metrics. I have been in this role for over four years, and I hold a Certified Management Consultant credential from the Ministry of Commerce - Saudi Arabia.
My mission is to enhance the customer experience and loyalty for SDB, a leading bank that provides financial products and services to low-income and marginalized segments of the society. I leverage my expertise in customer relationship management and customer service management to design and execute effective strategies and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and underserved customers. I also manage multiple projects, collaborate with various stakeholders, and report on the progress and outcomes of our customer care initiatives.
